In the same effort, Kanpur IIT has discovered Direct-to-Mobile (D2M) technology. D2M stands for direct-to-mobile transmission. This technology aims to revolutionize mobile content consumption by enabling the broadcast of TV channels directly on smartphones, without the need for an internet connection. And internet consumption has to be controlled.

The biggest requirement of D2M technology is security because using this technology, your smartphone remains safe if there is no internet connection.

Nowadays, most video platforms run with their algorithms, due to which if a person watches any video of a false person or a false political party, then the algorithms of those platforms keep advising to watch other videos of that person or party. Due to this, citizens of any country can get confused or start living in illusion.

It has to be said that many platforms do not take any money for watching videos, they earn from advertisements and also pay money to the content creator. But the user watching the video forgets that a large amount of his valuable internet data is being used which he could have utilized elsewhere.
