Star India network going to launch "Star Bharat" a General entertainment channel in Hindi. As per sources "Star Bharat" will replace existing channel "Life OK".
It is second time Star India going to rebrand this channel, before Star One rebranded as LifeOK TV and now LifeOK channel going to become "Star Bharat Channel".
Some existing programs will be continue on Star Bharat channel as "Saavdhan India" and "Gulaam". Some new shows will be launch with "Star Bharat" like "kya Haal Paanchal", "Ayushamaan Bhava" and "Shatranj".
It is not confirmed that Star Bharat channel will be available on DD Free dish or not but Star Bharat launching ads coming on Star Utsav and Star Utsav movies channel so we can guess that this channel may come on DD Freedish platform.
Recently Star India Network launched a free-to-air sport channel for DD Freedish users, it is available as a "Star Sports First".
Star Network had launched "Star One" channel in 2004 with many popular TV shows like Khichadi, Nach Baliye and The Great Indian Laughter Challenge after that this channel rebranded as "LifeOK" in 2011.
