News Express not available on DD Freedish / Dish TV / Videocon D2H.

News Express is premium national Hindi language TV channnel. Today when I am checking news then found News Express channel was not coming, there is showing massage that "Services stopped from broadcaster’s end. Please try back later".

Then I checked another DTH service and same I found massage “This channel is not available from broadcaster". Then I tried to open official websites of News Express channel (www.newsexpresstv.com), but sadly website is also not working. So I think channel stopped its broadcast. But I do not have any confirmation that it is stopped for permanent or it is technical mistake.
